Business Strategy Positions Chartwell for Future Revenue and Cash Flow Growth

Chartwell's focus is primarily to form strategic alliances and joint ventures to expand operations through various entitlements for mining activities and industrial commercial uses.

In the near term the Company’s efforts will center on the Ohio Valley Regions. Medium to longer term activities are expected to also focus on high demographic growth areas of the United States.

Maximizing Value of through Creative Entitlement

Chartwell is developing ways to maximize the value of its holdings through entitlement of its own properties where appropriate and to assist neighboring land owners with developments that will add to the Company’s services. While such entitlements may take a year or longer, when zoned and permitted properly, these properties should present Chartwell with numerous opportunities for revenue growth through operational performance and the development of properties for sale or lease to other businesses.
