Chartwell's senior operating management team has significant experience across the key areas needed for executing on the business strategy to generate profitable revenue growth. The Company's senior managers will be supported by a team of highly experienced independent directors, each bringing relevant industry and commercial experience and providing valuable guidance in the development and implementation of corporate strategy.

Timothy M. Dickens - President of Belville Mining Company, Inc. Prior to this position he was the General Manager and a Director of Hanging Rock Landfill, Inc and Resource Recovery, Inc. both located in Ohio. He was responsible for the permitting, operation, closure and post closure care of municipal and industrial solid waste landfills located in previously coal mined areas. Resource Recovery, Inc. has been involved with recycling, materials handling, transportation and industrial contracting since 1973. Some of Resource Recovery's industrial clients included Honeywell - Allied Signal, AK Steel - Armco, Intermet - Ironton Iron, Osco Industries, and Duke Energy. In addition he has served as a Fiduciary Trustee for a number of Trust Accounts for over 25 years.
