Belville Mining Company

In 2005, Chartwell acquired the substantial fee simple land and rights to over 9,600 acres of surface and deep mining mineral capacity in South Central Ohio. The property contains coal, clay and limestone. The intended usage of this holding will be extraction of coal and limestone reserves and a variety of industrial and municipal users. Chartwell will consider options such as joint ventures and strategic alliance to achieve its business objectives.
